First remove all material possible with a scraper or dull knife, then hold snorkel tube about 2 inches from substance and spray with a 5 to 10 second blast. While material is hard and brittle, scrape rapidly with a dull knife or scraper; repeat as necessary This Product contains no chemicals that may harm the public health and environment by reducing ozone in the upper atmosphere.
