"Aero-Kleen #100"
This formulation represents a breakthrough in detergent, solvent cleaning. Double detergent action is coupled with grease cutting solvents that effectively remove dirt and grime, but is mild on aircraft finishes. “Aero-Kleen #100” is highly concentrated and can be used at ½ to 3 fl. oz. per gallon of water (1 qt. to 1 1/2gal. per 55 gal. drum of water) and sprayed or brushed on. The cleaned aircraft is then thoroughly rinsed with water. At this concentration, the solution will have a pH of 8.0-8.5, depending on water conditions. Special corrosion inhibitors are added to protect polished aluminum surfaces.
