Davies “DEEP-DRAW 810-6” is a high viscosity oil-system, designed to out-perform conventional heavy weight oils. A unique blend of high-performing additives allows for use in extreme draws, heavy stock, or multiple strike operations. “DEEP-DRAW 810-6” extreme pressure and lubricity additive package eliminates any die build up and galling, even with the more challenging metal alloys. For fast cleaning, to remove lubricant residue, an alkaline degreaser like “GREASE-OFF” or “Ultra-Kleen 552” will provide good results. Because there is no Chlorinated additives, Corrosion is prevented of products following forming.
DIRECTIONS: “DEEP-DRAW 810-6” is made to be applied by hand via a roller or brush, or with other applicators appropriate for extreme high-viscous oil products.
