"Lo-Temp Sanitizer"


DAVIES “LO-TEMP CHLORINATED SANITIZER” is compound specifically for the requirements of low temperature dishwashers. Health Department requirements of 100-200 ppm in the rinse water is easily obtained and measured with Daviestest paper (3.69). Coffee, tea and other difficult food stains are easily dissolved with this product. Special sanitizers are used to promote concentrated sanitizers stability. “LO-TEMP CHLORINATED SANITIZER is dispensed in the final rinse water to obtain 100-200 ppm sanitizer. Starting point usage would de 1 teaspoon per 2 gal. (Normal low temperature dishwasher capacity)
