We use UPS or FedEx Ground for small package shipments. Regional shipments may ship via Spee Dee Delivery at our discretion. The weight of each item is loaded in a control area of the website. When you finish your order, the weights will be totaled and the shipment cost will be assigned and become part of your total order cost.
Returns:
No returns are accepted without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Call 1-262-637-6133 to request return authorization.
Refunds:
No cash refunds. Qualified returns will be issued as a credit on account to be used towards future purchases only. You must call 1-262-637-6133 to place an order to use the account credit.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are not allowed after order has been processed.
