DAVIES “KUTSOL 296” represents the forefront of machining fluid technologies. The finest qualities of soluble oils and synthetic systems are incorporated into one package to create a premium machining coolant. The superior lubrication and rust protection of “KUTSOL 296” are achieved through the oil phase. High levels of cooling and bioresistivity are maximized through the synthetic phase. “KUTSOL 296” contains no nitrates, chlorine, phenols or phosphates and is safe for all metals.
Directions: “KUTSOL 296” is diluted with water from a 1:10 to 1:30, depending on machining severity and type of metal. A good starting point is 1:20, but correct product dilution can only be made by an actual field trial. Consult your Davies representative for proper dilution and starting procedures.
