Davies “LEAK-TEST 200” is a highly effective detective in searching for hard to find leaks in weldments, piping, etc. This product is formulated in an easy to use, liquid format, which can be easily sprayed or squirted onto external surfaces. The equipment being tested is then pressurized, and leaks are easily seen due to the resulting bubbles formed. Special penetrants are used to allow “LEAK-TEST 200” to creep into weld seams and joints to seek out stealth leaks. Effective corrosion inhibitors are incorporated to prevent corrosion during leak testing. “LEAK-TEST 200” is non-corrosive and non-hazardous to metals and personal.
DIRECTIONS
To room temperature surface, apply “LEAK-TEST 200” via spray or liquid stream directly to surface to be leak tested. Tested equipment is then pressurized and the surface is inspected for bubbles, which would indicate leaks. After testing, this product is easily flushed away with water rinse.
