“BOILER KLEEN 750” is designed specifically for low pressure, steam boiler. Scale is prevented with proper treatment levels, and existing scale is gradually removed. Special chemical chelate action is the secret of “BOILER KLEEN 750” success. Water minerals are chemically bonded, then careful released into flowable conditioned sludge phase that is easily removed from the boiler with normal blow down practice.
Proper treatment level is a 12 reading on Davies boiler test tape, while maintaining a total dissolved solid of 1500-2000 ppm. “STOP-RUST” and “NO-PIT” are compatible with “BOILER KLEEN 750”, and aid in treatment of dissolved oxygen and return line corrosion respectively. Specific treatment level can only be set with the test tape, however, a good starting point would be one gallon treatment per 1000 gallons of water.
