“LO-TEMP DETERGENT”
DAVIES “LO-TEMP DETERGENT” is a proven, premium detergent for mechanical dishwashing. Heavy duty cleaners, builders, and detergents are built in to deliver exceptional cleaning. Food soils are penetrated and loosened from plates, etc., and then easily rinsed away. “LO-TEMP DETERGENT” is designed for use in soft water (0-2 grain per gal. hardness) only. Usage is approximately 1 teaspoon per 2 gal. (normal low temperature machine capacity).
