Davies “MMC-200” is truly a broad spectrum cleaner for industrial multi-metal application.  This product is a moderate alkaline formulation modified with a synergistic surfactant combination, which quickly loosens, removes and suspends soil, grease and oil.  Special inhibitors are used to prevent chemical attacks to the more sensitive yellow (Copper based) and white (Zinc, Aluminum) metals.  “MMC-200” contains a proprietary water conditioner portion to help prevent mineral deposition due to hard water.  Rinse enhancers are built in to allow for rapid and complete water rinsing.

DIRECTIONS

Immersion Cleaning: Usage concentration is generally in the 4-12 fl. oz. per gal. (1:30 to 1:10) range.  A 1:20 dilution (6 fl. oz. per gal.) is a suggested starting point.

Pressure Washer: Usage concentration is generally in the 1-6 fl. oz. per. Gal. (1:100 to 1:20) range.  A 3 fl. oz. per gal. (1:50) is a suggested starting point.

Temperature: Hot water (120°- 160°) is recommended for faster and more through cleaning.  However, “MMC-200” is also effective at room temperature.
