"Smokehouse Cleaner #120"
PROPERTIES:
A specially formulated liquid, alkaline cleaner for “heavy duty” cleaning applications. Contains synthetic detergents, wetting agents, emulsifiers and surfactants for fast, efficient cleaning. Quickly loosens grease and fat from smokehouse walls and floors. Effective in hard or soft water.
COMPOSITION AND CHARACTERISTICS:
“SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER #120”is a heavy-duty liquid product especially formulated for tough cleaning jobs in meat processing plants. It is very effective for smoke house cleaning as it contains a blend of alkali, builders, synthetic detergents and water softening for fast and efficient cleaning.
FLOORS:
For use in a steam machine or pressure washer, use 6 to 12 oz. per gallon of water and spray on soiled areas. Rinse thoroughly with water. The best procedure is to allow the cleaner to remain on the floor for 5 min. followed by a brisk scrub and thorough rinse.
WALLS & CEILINGS:
In a steam machine or pressure washer, use 6 to 12 oz. per gal. of water and spray area to be cleaned. If pressure washer is not available, use 10 oz. to 1 gal. hot water and apply with a long handle brush - - rinse thoroughly.
BLOOD STAINS:
Use 12 to 20 oz. per gal. cold water. Spread solution on the stains and allow to stand for 5 –10 min. before scrubbing with a stiff brush - - rinse thoroughly.
PROCESSING VATS:
Make a solution of 10 to 15 oz. of cleaner per gallon hot water. Wash down equipment with a brush - - rinse thoroughly.
SMOKEHOUSES:
For use in steam machine or pressure washer, use 10 to 15 oz. per gal. water and spray soiled area. Rinse thoroughly with water. For use without pressure washer, use 15 to 20 oz. per gal. water and apply with long handle brush - - rinse well.
CAUTION:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!! Harmful if swallowed. Contains a blend of special surfactants and water conditioners with a blend of strong alkali. Protective garments should be used – eye protection is especially important.
